Group Fitness Training

The Group Fitness Training focuses on enhancing and teaching the basic principles of human movement to accelerate: health, well- being, general fitness, athletic development and sports performance.

Tailored to the needs of people of all athletic and fitness abilities.

This includes:

  • Cardiovascular Conditioning. 
  • Strength and Circuit Training  
  • Fundamental and Primal Movement Skills. 
  • Rehabilitation, Stability and Control. 

Tuesday and Thursday 6.00am.
