Human Performance Institute - Terms and Conditions

1. The content contained in the Human Performance Institute BioAge members section is for the personal use of the account holder only.
2. You MUST NOT provide any of the materials or content in the Human Performance Institute web site to any other fitness professional, personal trainer or any other person associated with fitness industry unless they are a member of BioAge, without the prior written consent of Human Performance Institute.
3. You can print any of the content contained in the members section and provided that you use the printed copies for your personal use only.
4. You must keep your Username and Password secure and you MUST NOT provide this information to any other person.

6. Failure to abide by these terms is a breach of copyright and legal remedy may be sought under copyright and International law.
7. Members paying via installment – Human Performance Institute will charge your credit card for the installment amount at agreed times until the minimum 6 months contract has ended (see below for Terms & Refund policy).

9. Privacy - your privacy is important to us. All personal information that we have about you (including Email addresses and credit card details) are kept on a secure database that is not accessible directly from the Internet. Your personal details will NEVER be supplied to any third party, unless required by law, without your prior, written consent.
10. Term and Refund Policy - By signing up to BioAge you will make a commitment of a 6 month term contract, payable monthly. Cancellations prior to the 6 months are not permitted and no refund will be given. The Human Performance Institute will send an email at the end of the 5th and 6th months advising that the contract is about to expire and you will be required to advise us in writing if the contract is not to be renewed. If we do not get written advice to continue your BioAge contract then we will automatically renew your contract on a monthly basis and charge your credit card each month. The Human Performance Institute may terminate your contract upon thirty (30) days written notice to you for any reason whatsoever or for no reason. You may terminate the contract at any time after the initial 6 month period, provided however, you must notify the Human Performance Institute in writing (email or letter) of such intention to terminate, which will take effect at the end of the month in which notice of termination is received by Human Performance Institute
11. Credits Issued to BioAge Customers- each month you will receive a standard number of credits. These credits will expire at the end of the month if not used and a new set of credits will be issued for the next month. If you purchase additional credits (in blocks of 5) and do not use them all in the same month, they will not expire and will carry on to the following month. We will deduct your standard monthly credits before we deduct your additional credits.
12. Nature of Relationship. You will remain throughout the term, as an independent contractor. Signing up for BioAge shall not be construed as constituting partnership or joint venture between the parties.
13. By agreeing to these Terms & Condition you agree not to permit any third party to use or have access to the Software.
14. By signing up as a member of the site, you agree to all points above. This is a legal document and is an electronic signature of your agreement.
